Latin Chamber of Commerce
Overview
The Latin Chamber of Commerce was looking to redesign their website. Their primary goal was to create a site promoting Hispanic commerce, togetherness, and culture within the Las Vegas community. They wanted to show how they can support business owners, and highlight their different programs that help the community.
Tools Used
- Webflow
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

The Challenge
In redesigning the website, I wanted to guide users to appropriate and clearly visible call-to-actions, whether they’re looking for help starting their business, wanting to learn more about LCC’s programs, or interested in becoming an LCC member for exclusive benefits. Users would need to be kept informed of past and upcoming LCC events, as well as have easy and visible access to LCC’s growing content library of videos, articles, and other media.
Goals
- Redesign marketing website
- Organize information
- Clear call to actions
- Showcase community involvement
Process Highlights
Audit of Current Site
Since the client already had a site up and running, I took the time to go through it to identify any key ideas we could implement on the new site. Featuring corporate members helps build credibility and social proofing, so that was something I made sure to include as well.

Clear Call to actions
I included solid call to actions to help direct the user to where they needed to go. At the end of each page was a suggestion of what the user should do next.
Social Proofing
LCC had such strong testimonials from very established people, which added so much credibility to the company. Their social proofing came in the form of written testimonials, video testimonials, and company logos. This trio of beneficial content solidified LCC's social proofing.

Value Driven
To add to their credibility and really show users what they could offer, I made sure to include value driven information.
Events
LCC's events are an important part of their identity. It was essential to make this page easily digestible, so the user could access any additional information about the event. The two column layout with the sidebar, and keeping any secondary buttons besides the main 'RSVP' button less contrasting helps the user understand the hierarchy of the page.

The Solution
I approached their website redesign with a refreshed brand identity to give a more approachable and friendly yet modern look. To establish authority, I featured many images and videos to build a relationship with the user, showcasing LCC’s trust in their community. Clear call-to-actions now help the user navigate and find what they need. Overall, LCC’s new branding and messaging promote business and community within Las Vegas, with microinteractions and animations to keep the user engaged throughout the site.
