Stratas Auctions CRM
Overview
To complement their online vehicle bidding platform, Stratas Auctions needed a backend to manage their website, auction listings, and user accounts. This CRM would be used internally, so in this case, the client is the actual user.
Tools Used
- Webflow
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
The Challenge
Being a new company, Stratas had internal processes that they needed to iron out. With the CRM, we wanted to automate as much as we could. However, we still wanted to give Stratas the ability to manually edit any information they needed to. This tool should also be able to measure the success and capture the data of each listing.
Goals
- Manage auction listings
- Move listings through the consignment process
- Manage user accounts
- Display sale and engagement data
Process Highlights
Dashboard
The first page the user lands upon is actually the first step of the consignment process. I thought it'd be very helpful and important to visually represent their consignment process here. The client wanted to be able to perform actions right here on the dashboard as well as in the listing detail page.

Listing Detail Page
With the listing detail page, I had to further break down the information of the listing. There were processes that took place within this page, so similar to the dashboard, I broke it down into tabs.
Because the client wanted automation that could be overridden, it was important to construct the rules for the automation and alert the user of any conflict with overriding information.
The sale data tab gave a crucial snapshot of the listing's engagement and performance. Again, it was important to enable the specialist to edit any user actions here.
User Accounts
With the user accounts, it was important to differentiate between the user roles. Because credit card authorization and identification verification was necessary for a user to be able to bid or consign, I needed to draw attention to those items.
The user account detail page mirrors the listing detail page, to establish familiarity for the user. Everything that is editable by the website user, is editable by the specialist here. The specialist can also use the data displayed to understand the user and their behavior.

The Solution
I created an interface that visually mimics the internal process of Stratas, with rules for automation but also the ability to override those rules if needed. Specialists are able to perform any tasks related to listings and user management within the CRM.
